A few weeks ago Warren Buffet was interviewed on the TV by Pranoy Roy. There were a few things he said over and over again that were significant. 

Firstly, he said he was just 'wired right' for his times and the kind of work he took up. That was lucky.

Secondly, he treats his business like an adventure and plays it like a game. Often he gets lucky. If you get sleepless nights doing what you do, you are in the wrong place!

Thirdly, study a domain deeply and decide only on the basis of what you know, don't get swayed by any one else.

Fourthly, a leader must first of all be a likeable person so others want to help him.

What was very interesting was how relaxed and down to earth he was. It was amazing how many times he repeated 'I was lucky'!
