Inevitably, all of us grow up. Unfortunately, as we grow up, we give up many things that we know are very meaningful but, seem childish. Bedtime stories are one such. When we were young children, a mother or a grand mother would recount bedtime stories. Not all of them made sense to us immediately, but, they touched something within, were humorous or ironical or serious but always thought provoking. Some times the stories came back to us in dreams and at other times they came to us as insights when we faced difficulties.
Managers are badgered by the ‘F’ words throughout `the day, “Focus”, “Flexibility”, “Fast”, “Financial”, “Fact”….They often forget other important ‘F’ words.
