The unique feature of these frameworks is that, these can integrate the intangible human processes and systems with tangible managerial and organizational processes. Secondly, these proprietary frameworks are action focused. FLAME TAO Knoware uses well-known benchmark frameworks for assessment.
Intervention Design & Deployment
FLAME TAO Knoware prefers to use the Facilitating, and the Coaching mode for the intervention. Using mental models and other devices, FLAME TAO Knoware helps teams across various organization levels, develop the change roadmap and redesign organization practices.
Teach-Train-Transfer
FLAME TAO Knoware believes that the organization must internalize the methods and philosophy of Continuous Business Improvement and stay aligned, empowered and competitive. FLAME TAO Knoware therefore prefers to train a set of internal coaches and facilitators who will learn the methods and sustain these within the organization.
